WATER
For most of the apartment, Water is included in the locative services you pay monthly with the rent.
ELECTRICITY
For some residences ( apart from TOTEM and public residence ) you have to pay electricity fees in addition to your rent and locative services fees. The electricity public institution is EDF
To open an electricity account, you need :
- a RIB ( Relevé d’Identité Bancaire ) : Printed Bank Accont Details delivered by your bank at the opening. It’s compulsory so EDF can cut down every month the electricy bill directly from your account.
- The electric statement from the electricity account. You have to note down the statement for peak hours ( heures pleines ) and off-peak hours ( heures creuses ) and you need the name of the previous person who rented your apartment.
